ZURICH (Reuters) – ABB will market its Dodge power transmission unit to RBC Bearings Inc in a $2.9 billion offer, the Swiss engineering and technologies organization mentioned on Monday.
The offer is the to start with main divestment under Main Government Bjorn Rosengren. Deals to sell the Electricity Grids business and the solar inverter business enterprise were being completed previous year, but agreed right before the former Sandvik boss took demand in March 2020.
